It would be easy for your daily bread. For a change of pace, try mixing herbs, nuts or dried fruits in bulk, or transfer to bread, rolls, round or free form.

Ingredients:
2-1/2 cups soy milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 / 4 cup soy oil
1 tablespoon dry yeast
1 / 2 cup hot water
1 / 3 cup soy flour
2 cups flour, white bread
5 or more cups whole wheat flour
2-1/2 c. Tea Salt

Instructions:
Bring the soy milk and honey, almost to a boil. Remove from heat, oil and let cool.
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water and let stand about 5 minutes start to form bubbles.
Mix the soy flour, white flour, 4 cups flour and salt in a large bowl. Add yeast mixture and soy milk and mix well. Add the remaining whole wheat flour, as needed, knead into a soft dough. Turn the mixture onto a lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, 10 to 15 minutes.
Give the dough in a lightly oiled bowl, cover and let rise until doubled in volume, about 2 hours.
