Lots of veins showing on my breasts and nipples? - capillaries showing on breast

Normally do not appear much of veins on my breasts, but today I realized that many dark blue veins that show on my breasts and nipples. I also have little red capillaries that all my breasts. I think my nipples seem to be pink in color instead of tanish. My breasts are not painful, but feels heavy. I am 10 days after ovulation. This could also be signs of pregnancy?
