I want to know a good brand of kitchen knives that I can buy.

Wusthof is an expensive option, but seems to work. Henkel is a good brand, but they are very expensive in most cases. Chicago Cutlery is another good alternative, especially if you can find some cheaper models. Help knives are easily accessible, a business and work for the leader of the average home.

Personally, I am myself and used kitchen knives Cutlery Chicago and have found help, and they are inexpensive and easy to use, useful and durable.

But what I think Yahoo! not really the problem. What is the knife have finished shopping, you should feel comfortable and balanced in the hand. It should not be too large, or worse yet, too small for you to knock your fingers on the table .. If the knife you need to cooperate to avoid packaged so that each person can choose a knife, as it suits your needs. There is nothing worse than having an expensive knife that is dull or for certain uses firm. My recommendation would be to start with a kitchen knife 8-inch and for general purposesfrom there. Choose the one that you can pay with a comfortable handle and a carbon-carbon steel or stainless steel knife. Carbon steel is something you want in all their knives. The average person must also at least one, preferably more than peeling knife. Where to go from here is entirely their business and is based on their own needs.

I love my Wusthof knives, but expensive. Cutco is a brand of good quality and reasonable price.

Chicago. Simply the best price - high quality at prices that are far better than expensive imports. They offer beautiful walnut grips instead of plastic. Easy maintenance and plum. Look em 'up everywhere.
