I would love a few tips: Monday, chest and biceps, triceps and back Tuesday, Wednesday ----????????.... I need help. I have everything here in this book, exercises in the gym, but can not take the time to make a decent workout. I really want to join a 4-5 days / week routine in the gym at least 45-60 minutes per day. I will not be much greater than 200 pounds. But only lean, fit and energetic!
